Pain SCS site

I fell flat on my back and my SCS twice the first week of June. Naturally my lower back hurts so I've been in therapy for low back pain. Since the fall the location of the SCS has been hurting. I have also noticed that it seems like the SCS has moved from the former hip location toward my spine. I have not used the stimulator for about 5 years. Has anyone had pain in the implant site after a fall or had the stimulator ever moved so much on anyone?

I would wonder if the fall stretched the pocket in which the SCS is located. That could account for the pain and apparent movement

Thanks Flygal, that's what it feels like. because it's even in a different place. It sure has made it sore.

I have also fallen on my back where the device is located, but aside from some soreness, I survived OK. The swelling around the implant has gone away, so that the implant outline is visible. Many people want to hug me, and I'm always aware of their hands against the implant pulling me to their bodies. When I do PT exercises, I often feel the buzz of the leads implanted along my spine. At such times I change position or turn down the intensity. Nothing was said of this by the rep and I presume it is normal. Does anyone else have this experience?
