Medicare Coverage

Okay gang, gonna throw this out there and I would appreciate anyone with first hand experience to speak up. I have health insurance but will be forced to pick up Medicare in February after being on SSDI for 24 months. Medicare will become primary (Part A &B) and my existing health insurance secondary. I have been taking out the extended warranty with Boston Scientific. I'll have to cough up another $200 in the next month or so if I want to continue the extended warranty. How much, if any does Medicare cover for 1) replacement of the external charger system and internal battery ? Also, just to know, how well does Medicare cover any revision surgery if needed? I don't foresee any immediate problems with my SCS but need to make an informed decision on whether the extended warranty on the external SCS parts would be redundant and unnecessary once Medicare kicks in.
