My job is sending me to England for a couple of weeks on Saturday. Tough life but someone has to do it. If there is anyone on that side of the pond, would love to meet up with you while I am there. Will be in Brighton/Shoreham area, but will get up to London hopefully to do a walkabout.

Must be nice, wish I could go. Btw have a question. How long are you going for? The reason I ask is I'm from Germany and I know that the voltage is different in Europe how will you be able to recharge? Is there a adapter plug so you can use your charger over there? I usually travel to Germany every couple of years and since my implant is new would like to know how this is handled. Thanks Schumi

I will be gone for 17 days. Normally I don't need to recharge for this short period but I always travel with my recharging supplies. I have a converter kit with various different plug ends for pretty much anywhere I could be sent. (Went to Malaysia and Thailand for a month just a year post implant; learned how to jetski there. No problems charging).
it's a tough job but someone has to do it.
PS how are all the little ones under your care?
